jazZÍKAspol strives to reach the full spectrum of music listeners. The band's repertoire covers a wide range of swing and Dixieland songs, jazz hits and Latin-American rhythms. We don't play academic, boring, over-complicated jazz, but focus on mainstream jazz. Sometimes we play a few funk or rock 'n' roll numbers, but often we just go with a classic jazzy style - something that has been taken for granted over the decades. We endeavor to give all of our songs the special touch they deserve.
    Even though the core of our repertoire is jazz, we are able to fulfill the special wishes of our fans and play the hits from the Czech and world pop scenes on special occasions such as weddings and private parties. We play music that appeals to all people, jazz fans or not, so anybody of any age can enjoy our performance and have a fun listening experience. We thrive on creating our own unique arrangements of popular and lesser-known jazz tunes.
    In our repertoire you can find a few instrumental pieces, but English and Czech songs form the base. The trumpeter, singer and front man of the band makes close contact with the audience and incorporates a dynamic element of fun and showmanship into his performance.
